Since we first opened the doors to Hyundai of Newport in September 2006, our highest priority has been customer service, both pre & post-sale. Our advertisements do not state misleading prices, show vehicles no longer in stock, include more fine print than bold headlines, or other "bait-and-switch" tactics. Trust begins with the first encounter, even if that encounter comes in the form of a television or print ad.
As we've grown, so have our services post-sale. we have Free Service Pick Up & Delivery for only our customers who have purchased from us. No matter how large or small the service you require, we will deliver a loaner vehicle to your location, take your vehicle for servicing and return it to you, all within 60-miles one-way of the dealership. This is our way of saying "thank you" for purchasing from Hyundai of Newport. In addition to the Service Pick Up & Delivery Program, we have a Service Drop-Off Loaner Program, and a local Shuttle Service. We also hold Hyundai Care Clinics to provide tips on how to best maintain your new Hyundai vehicle, as well as answer various questions you may have.
